I was recently told about a fantastic new hauntology Flickr group. Loads of cool educational/public service graphics and print ephemera. Check it out, it's super cool. I don't have a Flickr account but probably should do. Well done, Pete!
Speaking of book jacket design, here are some pictures of a book I found in my friend Jesse's apartment while we were in Brooklyn.
Thanks for telling us about this flickr group. Oddly, I want to read "This Is Concrete". Should be quite the page turner!
ReplyDeleteMe too. 'Moo', said Magpie also looks like a good read.
ReplyDeleteIt's an emotional rollercoaster! I shall add it to my "to upload" list. I think *most* of Concrete is up there already, but I'll check. (Should be readable if you select Large in "all sizes").
ReplyDeletePete, your flickr page is mindbending. Is "The Haunting of Bircham Newton - Aerodome" as good as it sounds?
ReplyDeleteHeh, I'm afraid not. Well, I say that, but I haven't listened to it for a long time. I'll digitise it, and you can see what you think. It's great for sampling. The bit where one of the investigators starts channeling a ghost *is* quite scary, or at least I think so, even though he's obviously putting it on. (OR IS HE? etc)
